We loved our stay at this hotel! From the beautiful surroundings to the attentive staff, it exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and well-maintained, and we felt secure with the on-site parking. The room was spacious and included two balconies with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining options. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, and breakfast was delicious.

Our room was amazing, with two balconies that had the most beautiful views. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, making our stay so smooth. We loved being able to take a refreshing dip in the pool after long days out and about. Also, the complimentary vineyard tour was a wonderful way to learn about the wine-making process.

While the breakfast was decent, the coffee could have been better. Additionally, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this hotel for those looking for a peaceful escape with great views and friendly staff.

The bathroom lacks a window or exhaust fan, which can sometimes leave the area feeling stuffy and damp.

New facility and spectacular views of the Andes Mountains. the hotel offers a swimming pool and a free tour of the vineyard that is very informative to those interested in wine. the location is optimal for those who want to relax in peace and quiet, with convenient access to a rental car.

The coffee provided during breakfast was not up to par. the pillows provided in the room were too lumpy for comfort.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The brand new building was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The manager, Rodrigo, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from contacting us before our stay to accommodating an early check-in without any extra charge. The bed in our room was so comfortable and we loved having not one, but two balconies with stunning views of the vineyard and the Andes. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool where we could relax after a day of exploring the vineyards. the service and amenities at this hotel were top-notch, making our stay here truly special.
